The company has market cap of $491.21 million. The firm provides structural steel pipes, galvanized steel pipes, furniture pipes, and hot rolled steel plates and sheets under the SAMCHAI trademark. It currently has negative earnings. Samchai Steel Industries Public Company Limited also offers car repairing services.

25 – A bill to enact a new trade pact with Pacific Rim countries passed the legislative finish line, making Canada one of the first countries to ratify the 11-country Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership, or CPTPP.

It’s fair to note that while front-wheel drive has been the standard for front-engine cars for decades, rear-wheel drive in economy cars was never unusual on cars that didn’t have a heavy internal combustion engine up front. Europe in particularly used to be churning out RWD economy cars from the 1930s through the early-to-mid 1970s, before everyone went universally front-engine on applications like this one.

26 – The Canadian Armed Forces officially eased its restrictions on beards while in uniform, effective immediately. The move was part of efforts to modernize the military for the 21st century – and in the process increase recruitment and improve morale.

A number of other research analysts have also weighed in on TX. Zacks Investment Research lowered Ternium from a “strong-buy” rating to a “hold” rating in a report on Tuesday, October 23rd. Bank of America reaffirmed an “underperform” rating and set a $32.00 target price on shares of Ternium in a report on Thursday, August 16th. Santander downgraded Ternium from a “buy” rating to a “hold” rating in a research report on Wednesday, December 12th. Finally, ValuEngine upgraded Ternium from a “strong sell” rating to a “sell” rating in a research report on Wednesday, October 3rd. Two investment analysts have rated the stock with a sell rating, three have assigned a hold rating and three have issued a buy rating to the stock. Ternium has an average rating of “Hold” and a consensus target price of $39.25.

One album that I listened to using the Defiance subwoofers that gives them some bass to chew on was the 2005 electronic music album ‘Arcturus’ by the duo named ARC (electronic music wizards Ian Boddy and Mark Shreeve). This is music in an old school vein that resembles electronic music produced in the ’70s and early ’80s from artists such as Tangerine Dream and Klaus Schulze, which are different from traditional song composition. The structure of this music is more like clouds of swirling sounds that gradually fade in and out to form a pattern of surges and contractions. The low-frequency content in this album consists of pulsating bass rhythms, electronic organ melodies, and low-pitched whirring that suggests a sense of spaciousness, among other cosmic sounds. This album keeps subwoofers busy with a variety of different sounds but doesn’t press them to their limits. Both of the Defiance subwoofers handled all sound in this album with ease. The Defiance subs gave a solid and clear foundation to the music in ‘Arcturus,’ and they did so without drawing attention to themselves. They blended in seamlessly with the main speakers to create a singular sonic landscape that was mapped out by this otherworldly music. As I had heard on many other recordings, the Defiance subwoofers were able to distinctly convey different bass sounds and instruments even when they were played simultaneously. There was no confusion amidst the multitude of bass sounds as to which harmonic belonged to what fundamental. The Defiance subwoofers’ reproduction of ‘Arcturus’ left nothing to be desired for the loudness levels that I listened to. I am sure any fan of old-school electronic music would be quite pleased with these subs, although those who like spirited listening levels would be happier with the X12 since it does have a much wider dynamic range than the V12.

28 – Albertan Sarah McIver was released from custody in China, according to Global Affairs Canada. McIver had been detained over a work-permit issue related to her teaching job.

Personally, I would take a long hard look at the top-tier pilot training schools, places such as Flight-Safety.  Fully half the pilots out there today will retire in the next decade; meanwhile, air travel demand is just exploding.  The industry is short some 800,000 pilots.  Where are you going to find these guys?  Lufthansa already hires "zero hour" pilot candidates, guys who have never even sat in a little 4-cylinder 80-hp trainer, and when they come out of the Flight-Safety school in Florida, they go straight into the co-pilot seat on a twin-jet. In the old days, the airlines would hire guys from the military, or who had spent years flying small commuter aircraft, even bush planes, to build experience. Those days are gone.
