26 – Investigators in Florida arrested a man they allege mailed at least 13 crudely fashioned pipe bombs to U.S. President Donald Trump’s most visible critics and targets of his rhetoric. Cesar Sayoc, 56, was charged with five federal crimes. FBI Director Christopher Wray said the bombs were not hoax devices, even though none exploded.
