In July 2020, Tianjin Youfa Pipeline Technology Co.,Ltd. established a Shaanxi branch in Hancheng, Shaanxi Province. The addition of 3 Steel Pipe of Lining Plastic production lines and 2 plastic-coated steel pipe production lines have been officially put into operation.
In May 2021, the Handan branch built new workshops, upgraded equipment, added 3 plastic-coated steel pipe production lines to expand production capacity. In addition to the original 3 production lines of the Tianjin branch, Tianjin Youfa Pipeline Technology Co., Ltd. has a total of 8 plastic-coated steel pipe production lines. The range of production products covers DN15-DN2400, and the length is 2.8-12 meters.
The plastic-coated composite steel pipes that can be produced include: ERW Steel Pipe、Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Pipe、SSAW Steel Pipe、seamless pipes and socket pipes. The classification of anti-corrosion products includes double-sided epoxy, inner-coated epoxy, outer-coated epoxy, inner-coated polyethylene, outer polyethylene inner epoxy, inner epoxy outer 3PE, outer 3PE and other anti-corrosion processing. The annual output can be as high as more than 200,000 tons.
