Jiangsu Youfa invested 1.7 million yuan to build a sewage treatment plant, which can treat 600 tons of industrial sewage and 400 tons of domestic sewage per day, ensuring that domestic sewage meets discharge standards. At the same time, 200 tons of water are reused daily for workshop recycling. In 2023, Jiangsu Youfa invested 2.218 million yuan to carry out clean production projects, optimize factory layout, further standardize hazardous waste storage, reduce unorganized waste gas emissions and acid mist production. This project has achieved significant economic and environmental benefits. The utilization rate of green materials in the factory has reached 99.21%, and the concentration of exhaust emissions is far below the relevant standard requirements. The production wastewater is treated and recycled, while the domestic sewage is treated and discharged in compliance with standards. At the same time, the company strictly processes solid waste according to standards to ensure that the noise emissions at the factory boundary meet the standards. By signing the rooftop photovoltaic power station project, energy-saving and emission reduction measures are implemented to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. In January 2024, Jiangsu Youfa Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. was awarded the honorary title of "Green Factory" by Changzhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology.
