Recently, the foundation laying ceremony of the F700 high-frequency straight seam resistance welded steel pipe mill of Youfa Group and the launch ceremony of the DN4220 ultra large diameter spiral pipe and anti-corrosion production line of Youfa Group Jiangsu Base were held grandly. The leadership team of Jiangsu Youfa, industry authoritative experts, and core partners, totaling 200 people, gathered in Liyang, China to witness the glorious moment and draw a grand blueprint for China's welded pipe to become a global leader.
Mr. Wu Yaohua, Vice Chairman of the Expert Committee of the China Steel Structure Association and former Deputy Chief Engineer of China Metallurgical Construction Research Institute, delivered a speech. He stated that Youfa Group’s F700 High-Frequency ERW Steel Pipe Mill adopts a hot-and-cold combined forming process and online induction heat treatment and tempering process, successfully overcoming key industry technical bottlenecks. The concurrently launched DN4220 extra-large diameter spiral pipe and anti-corrosion production line is capable of producing high-precision pipes up to DN4220, with 30mm wall thickness and X80 material grade, featuring excellent anti-corrosion performance. These two major technological breakthroughs demonstrate the hard-core strength of Chinese intelligent manufacturing and lead the direction of global welded pipe technological innovation.
